QWF-2500VI Computer Controlled and Filament Winding RPM(Reinforced Plastics Mortar Pipe) Pipe Production Line is composed of lining machine, computer controlled adding mortar winding machine, curing station, grinding machine, de-molding machine and resin mixing station. Its controlling center has been adopted advanced STD industrial controlled computer from Taitwan. If the parameter of the wound products being inputted the computer, the design of the linearity for winding of the product will be finished automatically, then control the combined movements between the mould rolling speed and the running of the carriage. The pipes produced by adding mortar winding machine can decreased the cost and improve stiffness through adding mortar and resin without affecting leak-proof layer and structure layer. RPM pipe’s cost has been decreased by 40% compared with common FRP pipe; the stiffness has been improved greatly. It has many advantages, such as lightweight, corrosion resistant, lower roughness and low comprehensive cost. It is widely applied in water supply and drainage, agricultural irrigation, petrochemical industry, ocean development, sewage treatment etc. The annual capacity of the production line is 5000 tons; it has the following characteristics: reasonable structure, latest design, easy operation, high grade automatization. Therefore it got good evaluation from clients.
